This is the first video of the incontinence progression series. This video reviews the anatomy of the pelvic floor and the rationale for the exercises assigned. Dr. Lance Frank also guides the listener through the workout with cues and specific instructions through the movements.

Be prepared to do with following:

  • Transverse Abdominus activation
  • Diaphragmatic breathing
  • "Elevators" (pelvic floor contractions/relaxations)
  • Pelvic tilts
  • Articulated bridges
  • Marching
