This exercise program will build on fundamental pelvic floor concepts and progressively elevate your heart rate for cardiovascular work as well.

Prepare to do the following:

  • Kegel warmup
  • Single leg hip thrust with hip shift + kegels
  • Modified side plank with hip/leg extension and flexion + kegels
  • Kneeling leg extension with ab rotation + kegels
  • Kneeling knee drive
  • Plank leg raises
  • Side plank leg raises
