Great for people who are not actively experiencing pelvic floor challenges such as incontinence and chronic pain or who are not currently pregnant or have recently given birth.

Equipment: Mat (optional)

Join Dr. Heather Jeffcoat in a series of exercises that will help you identify your joint range of motion and muscle flexibility. This can help guide you on your pelvic health journey, and help you identify areas of improvement.

Be prepared to do the following: 

  • Flex and extend toes and ankles
  • Bend and straighten legs
  • Rotate hips
  • Rotate spine
  • Child's pose
  • Sphinx pose
  • Upward facing dog
  • Chest opener
  • Bend and straighten arms
  • Flex and extend wrists and fingers
  • Flex, extend, and rotate neck
