Bladder Master

Feeling like you need to go—like REALLY need to go? Feeling like you're going more often than you should? Bladder waking you up at night?

The pelvic floor and surrounding muscles are critical in the bathroom to help empty your bladder. When these muscles are overactive (or tight), urgency, frequency, and difficulty emptying can result. Our PTs have curated this program with you in mind! People with interstitial cystitis/painful bladder syndrome may also find this program helpful.
