Frequency is the urge to pee more than normal. What's normal? 5-8 times/24 hours. This can happen during the day, night, or both! It can be caused by a hypertonic (short, tight) pelvic floor, or lifestyle factors like diet and bathroom habits. Follow along with Dr. Sarah Casali as she explains what frequency is, and some tips and techniques for fewer bathroom interruptions.
