Chronic Pain is for people who recurrently experience pelvic, abdominal, and lower back pain.

Chronic pain can happen for a lot of reasons, and can feel different to a lot of different people—what they have in common is that there are practices that can you change how you experience that pain to bring a sense of ease and return to the activities you love. The programs in Chronic Pain are for developing a mindfulness practice around that pain, correcting bad habits, and incorporating physical exercises that can help alleviate the pain experience.
