Equipment: pillows, blankets, towels; yoga blocks, yoga bolster (optional)

Sensual exploration uses a focus on our sensory experiences to help us get present, jump out of our monkey minds, drop our walls, and maybe even open us to accessing pleasure. 

Follow along with Dr. Casie Danenhauer Humble and tune into your breath while your body rests in positions that facilitate hip and pelvic floor opening. This can be beneficial to us all, but can be especially helpful if you're preparing to have intercourse and tension in these areas has been a source of discomfort.
