Dr. Casie Danenhauer, DPT offers a guided meditation and visualization to prepare for birth. The aim of the meditation is to prepare the pregnant person's nervous system for the process of birth (vaginally or via cesarean), facilitate a connection to the birth process and their baby, and visualize the process of opening especially through the pelvic space.

This meditation is ~17 minutes and includes:

  • Grounding and centering
  • Connecting to body, baby, and breath
  • Visualization of birth energy
  • Visualization of birth and delivery of baby and placenta
  • Intention setting for feelings during delivery
