Pelvic Floor Strength Self-Assessment

Follow along with Dr. Casie Danenhauer Humble and gain some powerful tools for self-assessment and exploration of your own pelvic floor. This doesn’t replace a more formal evaluation from a pelvic floor professional, but the more knowledge you have about your pelvic floor the more mindfully and specifically you can work towards your goals.

These self- assessment tools can be used by anyone, but can be particularly useful when dealing with incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, generalized weakness, or just a disconnection from the pelvic/ genital region. Ultimately the more information you have can help you whether you want to improve strength, learn to relax and soften, or increase your experience of pleasure.
