Get familiar with isolating your pelvic floor muscles into contraction, relaxation, and lengthening. Follow along with Dr. Casie Danenhauer-Humble and practice isolating the movement of the pelvic floor to improve strength and function and increase vibrancy and vitality.

These exercises can be appropriate to practice for people experiencing incontinence, prolapse, generalized weakness, a diminished sense of awareness, or even for those who experiencing pelvic pain if not specifically due to hypertonic pelvic floor muscles.
